The forum users vote who wins in the finals. I chose the best of the qualification videos (or find someone else interested to do it for me) and rank them from 16 to 1 where in the finals nr 16 goes vs nr 1, 15 vs 2, etc. Maybe someone that took part of the competition in 2008 see's the thread he can explain further because I really gotta go now...
