Oh I misunderstood his question.. But as I said before therer's only a max time limit. If you want too make your movie 10 seconds. Video lenght is all up to video maker to decide aslong as its not longer than 1 minute

Yeah, it can be 1:05 at most but 5 seconds must be reserved for a Beyond Football ad, if I'm correct.
