Which do you think is more important?
A Youth side which have potential (and who knows if they will reach that potential) or the experienced boy who have to battle opponents well as time

but youth is also inexperience won't be able to cope with pressure as well

and with youth you need patience in this dog eat dog world you don't have that sort of time
yeah in a couple of years your gonna be a great team but as a coach if you under preform  your out

no doubt in a small team youth is the best option but in a bigger team you need results

u need a side with experiance and youth talent, and as much as i hate them, Man U have that right now

Manchester United have a great mixture.

When you look at free-kicks being taken by United, you have Giggs, and you have Ronaldo. You can see Giggs really help Ronaldo on his decision-making and whatnot. Ferdinand, Vidic, and Van der Sar are perfect together because they all have experience which is very important in the back, and they can also help Rafael. You have Ronaldo on the right, which brings flair to the side with his young talent.

I think this is a great build-up, and also, the young players are reliable, so when the older players need a break, (such as Giggs, or Scholes), then you have Nani and Carrick to step in.

Barca has the best mixture...just look at their mid: Messi, Iniesta, Xavi. Messi and Iniesta are fairly young, Xavi is old enough to be really experienced, but young enough to not be slowing down. You have Puyol in the back, and you have Alves.
Perfect mixture.

AC Milan has it wrong, and so does Real Madrid. They don't build, they just go for single season glory.

AC Milan and Real dont have it right, too much experience not enough youth. And when there r youth players at the  club there's WAY too much pressure for them to play well

I was expecting someone to say Arsenal but i agree with you in terms of Real and AC Milan.
But just to place a outsider in the correct mixture pot i'm gonna say Roma!
