A pain in belly....

I was freestyling yesterday, but after about 2 hours I suddenly got a great pain in my belly. I was like WTF but then it quite quickly disappeared. But today, I feel like it should come again...Anybody know what was that and how to avoid it?

No, but seriously, it doesn't sound good, you should get it checked by a doctor, maybe even get him to do an ultrasound on you. Maybe something happened to your abdominal muscles, so you need to be careful.

Stretch your stomach muscles and do more core exercises like sit ups, planks, cruches and stuff. Maybe your out of shape, like when I do lots of sprints my stomach burns soo, maybe you should take a run or something.
