as from me I dont know, I dont drink redbull.... but the mix-fruit juice my mom makes is the best energy drink ever.... :rockit:

I drink Red Bull sometimes before freestyling but then i get dizzy n light headed, so i  cant freestyle properly. :rolleyes:
Powerade is the best in my opinion.
