a redbull gets me going, i always try and get one or two when i get to a meet. Sitting on a train for hours i just get off meet whoever, usually ash, khb, jeon or tom. Have a can of redbull and BAM! freestyle!

b4 every practice, I take 500ml of fresh milk, gets my bones going.
then if I'm aiming to practice for long, I get red bull.
