guys lets just let everyone enter the contest, and on the first round videos the judges will determine if there is anyone who is beyond the intermediate level. they will be eliminated based on that they are too good for the competition.  this will make it easier, and stop the asking can i enter crap.

the thing with that is, the 'best' after round of the intermediates will recieve complaints and shit that he isnt an intermediate.
anyways, this comp should just be 4 fun and too c how good u can do in the comp.
