New Topic from moi (quite good i think)

How long do you think Hoffenheim's manager can keep his players, and his teams success?
As long as he can keep the injuries at bay, and as long as he can keep them cohering in a game. They won't want to leave if they're winning. For teams like Hoffenheim, winning = money via either championships or ridiculously rich owners (usually russians) buying them and putting huge sums of money at the club's disposal, and money= keeping your good players.

Hoffenheim's Buddy = the best
Tottenham "houdini" = the worst

ppl will probably say harry redknapp turned tottenham around but not in a complete circle TBH. More like 20degrees in one direction

EPL:
Worst: Gareth Southgate (Middlebrough)
- His performances have been below par, despite not having much coaching training and being handed the job before he even announced his retirement, he had enough time to fix the problem or leave. Top player and captain Stewart Downing even showed his displeasure and ask for a transfer.
Best: Phil Brown (Hull City)
- Most people would've tipped them to go back to Championship but a resilient Hull City have proven themselves worthy of Premier League status.

Bundesliga:
Worst: Jupp Heynckes (Borussia Moenchengladbach)
- I expected better from the Borussia Moenchengladbach coach with the stars he has at the club. See Germany is as easy as you think!
Best: Ralf Rangnick (Hoffiehiem)
- Same as Phil Brown but better.

La Liga:
Worst: Jose Manuel Esnal (Espanyol recently sacked)
- His sacking was justified by his league position. JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR ESPANYOL.
Best: Pep Guardiola (Barca)
- Reason Evident.

Serie A:
Worst: Walter Mazzarri (Sampdoria)
- It wouldn't be a surprise if Cassano leave his effort is outstanding but 1 player can't win a game without support and the manager should know that.
Best: Giampiero Gasperini (Genoa)
3rd isn't too shabby for a team who got promoted recently.
