The right earrings can be cool, certain ones can make u look gay, be very careful.

Nose rings are gay no questions asked.

IDK man.....they look cool when you are or look abit older...if you are or look like a +16 guy....then it doesent look gay at all...but if u are like 12 , 13 and u have a baby face....then please dont buy it...in those cases it looks extreamly gay in my opinion....but if u like it just buy it

good summary... i agree. i have an earing in my left ear, diamond stud... it looks alright i guess
i think in the summer ill pierce the right ear as well tho, 2 look better

Yeah, as soon as you get an earring, you start getting attracted to people of the same sex.

No, but seriously, it might be a little feminine (depending on earring-type etc.), which may lead people to think you are gay, because most gays are feminine ...
