if u dont understand sony vegas 8 why dont u start with a simple one??i recomend ulead video studio 11 plus....its as easy as using movie maker and even better cuz its pretty complete----

yeah...ulead VS 10 is more or less the same as ulean VS 11 plus wich is the newest version...but ulead VS 10 is pretty new too....and what i mean about complete is tht it has very much functions....way much more than movie maker

so before using vegars try using that one!

try power director easy to use like windos movie maker with a cool edit and better million times than windows movie maker

ulead sucks and powerdirector sucks.... go for it if you never wanna do anything complicated or have any amount of control over ur videos at all.

vegas is good, premier is good, final cut is good.  three best imo.

as an art student i get that shit for cheap.  master collection or something like that, with all the adobe products from photoshop to premier to after effects and more....

normally 2500 dollars

i get it for 600 ;)
