Posted this in the Premier League thread, but oh well.

I think he'll do an OK job. Not sure if he's the captain type, but he'll do fine because he's probably well respected and liked by his team mates. That's not all though. You need a dick sometimes that will get the players moving.

well gallas wasnt ever really loved by the gunner fans seeing as he was a blue not long ago, so with that in mind the only type of captain that Fabregas can be is better than gallas

i do think that he is too young but i believe in him.... for example today his first match as captain he gave that ball to bendtner and bendtner scored!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thats a midfielders job i'm not saying he isn't a good captain but he has alot to learn
the good thing about him is his skill motivates the team but he needs to be vocal and take the game by the neck

i'm sure he'll do good as captain by maybe not be as a great leader till next year cause its alot to ask of a youngster to lead a team in a bad form and expect him to take them top

the good thing about the boy is he has respect and displine and hopefully that will rub of on the others

not only that but even last season fabregas was the one leading the drive into every game, leading the team to beautiful football and amazing performances

yes that was last  year but im hoping with the amount of faith everyone has in him he will do great things at this club
