look, put it this way.

our earths been around for like billions of years yeah? and nothings destroyed it yet has it? so whats to say that some old mayan guy who probly doesn't know shit can predict that our world will end long after he dies? where HIS scientific proof?

anyway, this planet X thing'll probly just go past us and that'll be that.

PS: Wasn't the world meant to end on 1st january 2000?

they knew a looot of things man, trust me.
Just as a fact, some scientist have been really looking at the mayan long count, and some say that this date (12/12/2012) is wrong, that the supposed date when earth (for the mayan civilization) was ging to be destroyed or changed... has past looooooong ago

i don't think so, or have you read/heard something about a disaster 2000 years ago? i haven't... the only "relevant" thing that happened 2000 years ago was the birth of jesus, i don't know if you can call that a disaster :dontknow:
