it is possible, I almost landed it, I also did once without the toe bounce at start and just kick it up, hit it with your heel and then get it back

there was a vid from a polish meet (that oLi taped if im right?), anyway at the end of the vid skora attempted it (first and only attempt apparently) and got a touch on it... so i reckon its possible for skora to do it
