The only way really is to keep trying until you get used of it I guess

if i were you i would practice alatw more, it seems like you just a while ago got it for your first time and it was not very clean if I will be honest.

patw is alot harder than alatw and it requires a much faster leg.... but continiue practising and if you say that you are close you will get it very soon..

keep going mate and don't give up, just practice and I hope to see a patw from you

well when i first landed my patw... nah just kidding

i imagine its just all about leg speed and the first touch, like gustav said work on the alatw, also work on getting really relaxed latw and keeping the ball up way off the ground

Like Gustav said, try and get a smooth alatw first,

can you do latw with no jump? I would think you can but if you cant then work on that :)

Thats all I can say without doing a patw myself

how about act a fool like me 2 weeks ago LMFAO!

that means keep practicing till your knee gives up. Keep checkin PATW videos of the masters like FX, Anders etc...
Maybe you're not doing the atws right.
and a good advice like what gustav said is to practice alatw and latw.

that's why If***ed my knee up... I didn't warm up by practicing alatw and latw...

Think of doin patw this way-first a really fast half atw then a usual alatw-but u gotta b really good at the alatw, doing it indivisually i mean.
Hope this helps

i assume ur doing in patw.

from evry vid ive watched on it, ur leg must be 3/4 ways around the ball b4 u leave the ground and jump. then whilst ur going around stay as close as possible to the ball.

good luck

cant w8 2 c it

it's not only about fast legs and the right touch, you need to jump at the right point, and get the ball not to high, but not to low.
everything need to be perfect
