well all i'm gonna say is that i value all aspects of football just as much as goal scoring. ronaldo is a good player, but football is too much of a team sport to give him as much credit as he has been given. many of you have said that united has struggled in the beginning of the season, because of ronaldo's absence. well in my honest opinion, they probably would have struggled just as much if the missing player had been vidic, rooney, vandersaar, or a few other players on the team. the truth of the matter is that united won the league and CL last year because they were a great team, and if they were missing any of the important players they had last year it would have probably been different. i personally dislike the different personal awards that are given to players. i think the team aspect should be enforced more, and just have the trophies won by teams be the only awards given out.
