sorry adi, but its obvious you are in love with ronaldo. maybe its his mesmorizing stepovers or his good looks, but you don't really know as much about football as you seem to think. ronaldo is a good player, but i just do not understand why people must be so obsessed with him. i would agree that he is in the top 15 players, but much closer to 15th than 1rst. any true manager will tell you that his lack of defense prevents him from being as useful the team as possible. also you mention him dribbling multiple players. he is better than he was in his first years at united, but he often takes on players when there were better option like passing to a teammate. oh one more news flash, united is still struggling, and ronaldo's performances have been far under par this season. rooney has actually been united's most useful player in attack even after ronaldo's return. how can you say that rooney and tevez don't create their own goals? they are two of the most talented players in the world as well. the reason you see it less is they play for their team, and pass when it is the better option.

You can ask anyone here and they'll tell you that I call things like I see them. I'm not like most people who dislike a player for something as silly as doing too many stepovers. I used to dislike Ronaldo when he played like a fool. Now, I'm not a fan of his but I defend him when people say he's not one of the top 3 players. I don't support United or Ronaldo, I just have an open mind when it comes to soccer.

Please don't talk like you have spoken to "true" managers. Of course he'd be a better player if he could play great defensively. We can say that about any player. Every player misses something. It's the fact that he has a shit load of other tools in his bag that make his lack of defending not that big of a deal. In fact, his set of skills make him the best player in the world. I think I'll take the word of 100s of professionals who play with and against him over your shitty word.

you mention how real was going to pay something like 90million for him. well in all honesty that was poor decision by SAF not to sell. no player is near worth that value, so he should have sold. Real has the type of team that thinks they need whoever the hot topic in world football is, so they will pay whatever is necessary for that player.  well i'm done arguing with little kids and people who think they know football. i'll let you think what you want. i do agree that ronaldo will win most of these awards, but i don't think he is the player who deserves them most.

I think he was the best player last year really, as much as I hate him, he was brilliant.
Clearly redsfor. is a lpool fan so doesn't like him anyway.

Damn, George Best must have sucked; you know, having his record beaten by Ronaldo. And Dennis Law? He only scored 3 goals more than Ronaldo, he must have sucked too. Anyone can score 40+ goals. That's why thier records have stood for over 40 years :lol:
