 Or he could possibly be lying about his friend and just feels like wasting even more bandwidth space  pointlessly. He already had made alternate accounts and stuff so I'm willing to bet he'd be do something stupid like that. Never before would an online competition ask for citizenship and a birth certificate except in that kids case. :biggrin:
