just train your atws all day, or do it in days as a warm up, your record is 3, keep doing it till you get 4, keep aiming to get 4 as a warm up until you can do them nearly all the time, then move up to 5 etc

How about recording a video to show everyone what, exactly, you're doing, and how you're failing.  That way, people can see what you (might) be doing wrong and can offer some informed, constructive advice besides "practice," which (honestly, folks) is assumed, and is no real help at all.  How can anyone improve when they don't know what they're doing wrong?  $.02

this is good advice, man.  i found that in my mania to get better, I'll often train so hard and so long that not only will I exhaust myself, but I'll be sore the next day and be set even further back than before.  i've started to force myself into resting during training sessions, which not only prolongs my sessions, but keeps me focused and fresh for longer.
