I like the look of the Beyond Football logo. Also, let's not stress Soccer Grip as we're kind of moving away from that name. Maybe it can be put in small text somewhere.

The first two banners that were posted look pretty good but I don't think they are improvements over the current one.

finnery, he's got his name on it but thats only because he wasnt registered. he still has the original psd and will remove the name if its to be used Smiley

and it does blend because at the right and bottom edges theres a mask from one pixel in with the original gradient underneath, so it will blend. if it needs more blending he can make the mask obviously blend further.

Im not really fond of the scanlines, they need to be more subtle imo, especially around the text.

I like the top left, but the Soccer Grip is too much like I mentioned in my previous post. The little rounded box below Soccer Grip stands out a bit too much as well.

I like the work though; we just want it a bit more simple and not so tacky. It needs to be easy on the eye since this is a forum.

Does anyone else quite strongly dislike it, the font(s) in particular, if enough people agree, would it be alright for us to have a little competition to make a new one, since there is a lot of photoshop skill on this forum.
