Wrong.
What might happen is that when they use this machine and the smashing happens, particles could form, which would be mini-black holes. Now if these black holes are created, the German physicist running the show said that they will take approx. 50months for them to become large enough to either a)crush the world into itself or b)throw planet earth into another dimension. BTW  50 months from now is 2012  :thumbsup:. Not only that but the chances arent that small or low. There is a fairly high percent for them to be testing the Earth's life/safety. That doesnt mean its like 30% im talking like 0.78 % FOR EXAMPLE. The reason this hasnt been publicized too much is that they want to go through with a low profile because think of the mass confusion in the world if the common idiot heard that we all might get sucked into another dimension. Think about what happens when cities get Earthquake possibilities and the whole town goes insane getting water and safety supplies and shit. They didnt want that to happen so they didnt say too much about it.
The CERN is in a 23km long tunnel beneath Switzerland.

It could kill us all or it could be the biggest break-through in Science ever.

this has being going around my whole school that we are going to die,

they are just trying to find out what happened after the big bang, nothing in my opinion cus there was no big bang.



there is a 2% chance that a blackhole will form but it will be so small that it will evaporate instantaneously, this is just a trail run


the real thing will happen in october
