freestyler 1 tells number 2 an amount that is ridiculously much, like 500 atw's. then the nr 2 tells nr 3 500 + his own amount. nr 3 tells nr 4 his amount + amount nr 2 + 500. and so on until you have 500 + amounts of freestylers 2,3,4,5. then nr 5 tells the answer to nr 1 again, who substracts what he counted too much. then he divides the amount by 5. then he can tell the others the average

Hmm, well now you have the average of all other people, don't you?.. But you don't have the average of every single freestyler, and that's what confused me, because I didn't understand it like you meant it.
Actually I wanted to make clear that this was not that easy as you pretended all the comments before ;) btw, nice riddle. :thumbsup:
