"He should really be on Arsenal though; I think he's over Wenger's age limit "
lmao, i 2nd that, comment of the day. cough paedophile wenger.

melbourne: i agree with joe cole comment, english commentators always go on about how he runs at defenders, notice how there is massive empty space to run into yet he still runs towards a man off course. altho that goal at WC = BEAUTY!

as much as i like robinho i think he will be good signing for  chelsea but he just lacks in physical department, and i think he cud get peppered in premier league

I saw on Sky sports tonight that Real said they wouldn't stand in his way anymore and that if he wanted to leave then he could

I also read something that said he still wanted to leave really bad. I guess this might still happen. Let's hope so.

The next week will be interesting with this Robinho transfer talk as well as the one with Berbatov. He wasn't with Tottenham during their game yesterday.

Fuck CITY. Robinho would be bad in Man City, same with Gomez, Villa and Berbatov, they all just wouldn't fit there.

Go win some trophies first, and get some history. It will be a very long time til you'll be the best in Manchester.

Man City have reportedly agreed a £32.5million fee for Robinho with just two hours to go in the transfer window. It follows bids earlier in the day for Dimitar Berbatov, David Villa and Mario Gomez. Meanwhile, and though it is still not exactly clear what permission Manchester United had from Tottenham to pursue Berbatov, they were happy enough to show the striker around their Carrington training complex before he underwent a medical tonight.

----------------------------

Man City is going insane. They won't capture any of those 3 players they went after today though. I just don't see any of them leaving their teams for Manchester City. They obviously have the money and team will accept their transfer offers, but that doesn't mean the player is actually interested in signing a contract with them.

PS: I will merge this with the other Robinho topic.
