because what he does, although very similar on certain occasions.... is NOT FOOTBALL.  yes, some tricks are the same or similar.  but he is a circus performer, not a FOOTBALL freestyler.  they never even used the word "freestyle".  he is a CIRCUS JUGGLER.  and the moves that appear similar to football freestyle upper moves is called "touch juggling".
