I think Chelsea have done really well getting Scolari, Deco, and Bosingwa..the title race will be really close, but I think it will be somewhat like this:
1. United (By 1 point, the final day)
2. Chelsea (Tied in points with Arsenal)
3. Arsenal
4. Liverpool (barely making it over Manchester City)
5. Manchester City
6. Tottenham
7. Everton
..
..
18. Stoke
19. Hull
20. West Brom

I see Chelsea winning it this year followed up by a strong Liverpool at second.

I think Chelsea will make a great run at it like they always do.. United v Chelsea for sure.

I think Arsenal will win this year. Chelsea will come second with minimal difference. Man Utd will be 3rd, because Ronaldo won't play like last season. Man City will come 4th and Liverpool 5th.
Stoke, Hull and West Brom - relegated.

Tottenham will be very interesting this season. They got a strong midfield after picking up Modris, Bentley, and Dos Santos. Their defense is still questionable though.
