Haha, Jay Z killed it. Just kidding...

I think lots of people will be confused about what you're talking about. Here's a video of Jay Z's entrance at Glastonbury.

Jay-z owns for sure, i own oasis albums and jay albums and jay is more consistent and is more talented imo.

Ofcourse people are gonna not like jay-z at glasto even if he did the most amazing performance ever.

For me jay was amazing he pulled out all the stops, the start was so jay, with the guitar then the i only got one thing to say.

I saw jay z live today, well a few tracks because i had to leave to catch a train gutted! But it was amazing, he hasnt a certain presence about him.

As a rap fan he truly epitomizes everything I hate about rap music. Hes a continuous biter (the biggest biter in the rap game), not popular outside the states anyway, incredibly commercial (but stupid people think hes a great rapper because of his money or because he sells lots of records), retires but keeps coming back, does collaborations with rock bands and goes on rnb tours/ makes albums with rnb stars to stay 'hot' relevant, it was only after his feud with nas that he really blew up, got etherd, claims to be the greatest, hes overrated, hes that old and still bragging about jewels, bitches and cars and hes very ugly.  >> enough back up for you mac?

Never liked him any way, if you make at least one album every year you are going to have some good material.

I wouldnt class him as commercial, he still makes great music, better than snoop dogg, 50 cent, souljah boy...they are commercial.

The collabs are clever, nothing wrong with them, they are good aswell.

He is popular out of the states, he is been over here for ages now. And he has also made some awesome albums, blueprint and reasonable doubt will go down in history, and he killed nas in the takeover.

Adi, i wasnt at glasto, i was at 02 festival so lupe wasnt there.

Hehehehe Nas ended Jay-z's career even if it was for about a year.

Hahahaha, Nas has been looking up to Jay Z's status so much he's got his head in his ass. Nas hasn't been as great as you think. Jay Z has been doing his thing for years now and every album is quite a success. I don't know if you listen to it. Maybe you just hate him so much that you're not giving it a try.

Nas over-rides just about every beat and tries to do too much with every song. He could have much better songs if he didn't do so damn much on them. His album will be good and I like Nas, but he doesn't dominate Jay Z like you say. I don't even know if he's better. I just think lots of people give him too much credit because he's "NAS." Fuck that...
