I am currently seeking freestyle football players to be considered for a project that I am currently working on. I have just begun to raise funding for an exhibition football team that would at its core be the football equivalent to basketball's Harlem Globetrotters. This team would play in exhibition games and be pitched for a television project. The idea would be to create a team of athletic footballers that can play the game, but each have their own 'tricks' and 'gimmicks' and image. This would lean more towards entertainment than sport. The marketing of this team will be especially towards children and young people.
If you are a talented player who can perform amazing tricks or if you just have a really unique image and can play the game, I am looking for you. I would like to see some video footage of your tricks and if you can I would like you to include a brief bio and what you would like to do in your career and why you want to be a member of this exciting football team.
