Awesome find.
I think looking at some of the older clips that the previous generation of football were a lot more creative and generally better than this one. Some of the passing involved in the older ones were crazily precise and consistent.
i agree. i'm a big fan of the old gens of football. today's football is too restricted by the need to win at all costs. also too influenced by money, sponsorships, advertisements, etc. etc. etc.
Indeed Indeed.
And although Im a big fan of football products and styles, the games become overrun by fashion, and the boot technology has got so out of hand that it's almost considered normal for players to be breaking there feet etc because they have plastic boots that may increase there speed by a fraction of a second.
yea, so very true. i remember when the new azt90III's came out a few years back... it was a horrible boot. i love the indoor version, but the outdoor ones were shit. it broke rooney's foot twice... even slipped straight off of vassell's foot once. and for me, it gave me horrible blisters.
and also another critique of the modern game i have is that if a player does two stepovers and takes the ball past a few guys, whether successful or not, he'll be screamed at shitless by the managers. as opposed to the good ol' days back when you'd see things like a 60 yard run past 4 players, then a goal.
