why? if you hit it with you chest and go around its Chest Atw. Why different with neck?

Around the world starts with the same LEG that ends. Then only Knee or Heel tricks are around the world. With Neck, chest, head.......it's htw, IMO.
Anyway the trick also can be called " move "
