I never said Game and Ross are great, I said they are the artists that I listen to more compared to Kanye, T.I, 50 and Wayne. Your just bigging the dude up because hes from your City and there is nothing wrong with that. I'm not telling you what you should be listening to. Personally I think some of the musik is trash.

Its funny how you jump the gun and say this person is the best in the game, while Nas, Ghost, Joe budden etc still strong. Bun B-II Trill,  Nas-Untitled, Young Jeezy-The Recession, Gnarls Barkley - The Odd Couple all hot albums that dropped this year, much better then Carter III if you ask me.
Wayne is talented but hes always been mediocre.

Well, personally, if you ask me, what I listen to is better than what you listen too (this is basically what you are saying). You can listen to what you want, obviously; i'm not here to tell you your music is trash. If you think it's trash that's your problem, don't share it with me.

And bringing up "regular Joe" and Young Jeezy when you are arguing against a "mediocre" rapper is just

Can we please give artists who are able to make a single some credit?

There is lots of underground talent with nice lyrics but they don't know how to make a single. It's not easy finding a way to appeal to a larger audience.

People like you take this thing too seriously and get offended when people call artists they like trash. Go back to the beginning of this thread, as you can see I always do this for a laugh, because groupies like you continue to take offense and defend rappers that couldn't care less about you.

Get your lips off Young Weezey dick man.

In that case 50 is number 1 in the game right now.

lol you think i'm taking this seriously? i've been laughing at you this whole time. homie, you talk about mediocrity, but then young jeezy is mentioned!? i was seriously perplexed. i mean, you do your thing and listen to jeezy, that's cool. the only thing i said was that if you think music is trash, keep it to your self. if you want to talk music, let's talk, but don't bash anyone. don't even bash 50. different people like different music for different reasons.

you think i'm on groupie status? that's fine, because you're on god status; whatever you say is trash must be the worst rap ever

I didn't mention Jeezy as an artist, I mentioned his latest album Recession its pretty tight already an album of the year contender now I was comparing that with another contender Carter III.

TBH the only reason I brother bashing these artists is because ppl will defend them.  If I was to bash 50 everyone would agree, I just did to stir some pot. Its a pretty pointless arguments because like u said at the end of the day everyone prefers something different.

Relax just having a laugh buddy.

First of all, 50 doesn't make singles any more. He had one on his entire last album. That's nothing impressive.

Second of all, I'm not talking about people who JUST make singles. There are some who constantly make shit music to appeal to young kids who like the beat and want a fancy dance to go along with it.

I am talking about the rappers who are fairly good lyrically, are talented, and are still able to make a single. These are the rappers who actually bring quality music to light. Lupe Fiasco is one of them. If you are underground your whole career, it just means you think you are too good to let your music out or you most likely just can't make a single.

Thanks man. I'm trying to make the blog bigger but it's tough.

I made one post on the Lupe forum to promote the blog but that was about it.
Ah ok. I'm on there quite a bit now.

Oh I think they do, they just stay real.
And I won't give some artists cred b/c  some of the singles nowadays are just the same recycled beats.
