Thoughts on format and other stuff?

I'm thinking only 2 videos to get the most activity from top freestylers; we could have a losers bracket too.

1) Qualification round
2) Final round if you qualify (second video) - vote in the winner across all.
3) Losers from qualifying round have a consolation round.

I think that the organization of such a competition is a good idea, because it appears on site many users. The worst part is that after the tournament ended again lack of activity ...
However, after the presentation of the new home page, I hope that will arrive here a lot of people. After further changes, and reliable maintenance of order, I hope it will be better.

Form event that you have provided, I think is correct. With a number of films, the competition will be interesting.

Hm, I seriously doubt that's a good format. The best format is still qualification -> top 8/16/whatever depending on the number of competitors battles -> final battle. Can't beat that hahaha

This doesn't work unless there are enough people that already want to be in a competition and will definitely make a video..which we know is probably not going to happen.

The comp has to stay open so it allows people to drop out(which, lets face it, is inevitable). Make it just one video. Then judges vote out of all of them which they think deserves to win. This way nothing can go wrong unless only 3 people make videos then it'll still work out, but it won't really mean much to defeat 2 people.
