We're trying to encourage activity.  Too many people just post a video here and take advantage of the views they receive but don't care about actually contributing to the community.  Would be nice to see you posting a little instead of just advertising your videos.  This goes for everyone, not just you.

So we should disallow new threads in all boards for all members under 10 posts?  I figured we would want new members to start threads in other sections if they want.

New threads is optional, but links in those thread should be disallowed.

OK, I've made it work somehow.  Now, anyone with less than 10 posts cannot start a new topic in the videos section.
