there is a lot know-how about everything... so is the thing with PED's but saying that emil is just 14 and would know less about them... i think it's the case with almost everyone (excluding athletes who know what to take and what not) people perceive PEDs in a bad way almost every time. but having information about the goods and bads of even PEDs could make us use them sensibly  :)

L_I_S, you should make a thread for the best natural foods that will give you similar results to pills, powders, energy drinks, etc.

For example, I hear eating bananas and raisins will do as much as drinking Gatorade and energy bars.  I think we need a thread like this.  Would be nice if you shared your knowledge so we can discuss specific foods for specific results/gains/benefits.

I was taking T during my army duty, 500mg per week. I must admit, it was a great period. I'd hit the weights in the gym hard and after that do a 3 hours practice session like it was nothing.

But now I'm feeling the side effects. My style's got really bad, so now I only do show tricks. :(

To learn to succeed, you must first learn to fail.
It's what you do that counts, but it's how you do it which separates you from the rest.
You can't have creativity unless you leave behind the bounded, the fixed, all the rules.

I don't think I have enough content to make an entire thread. The one's I mentioned are great for people who don't want to use supplements, the major supplements are protein and amino acids. Which I've covered. In the thread with interesting facts pictures there was a lot of extra stuff there. I have another one, bananas are great for preventing stitches/cramps. I don't know the reason behind it though but I'm sure google will be of some help.
