It's bullshit, it always has to be a bad consequence. It's not good for me, it's risking your health and body for what? To be a bit better then the others? Bullshit.

Not every PED is necessarily bad for your body. Some of them are actually good for you. I personally haven't done any PEDs. I have heard marijuana as a PED. I have done that, but I don't consider it a PED. Saying they are all bad for you is just being uneducated on the subject.

Now, someone else said it. I will say this as well. It is much more important to exercise properly and have proper nutrition whether you use a PED or not.

Emil, VRK:
What do you consider natural probably isnt natural at all. Just look for some ways animal breeding and plant cultivation just in order to save some money.
If you for example think that creatine, carnitine, amino acids or some other supplements are unnatural, you can do some research and find out some of these are naturally produced in your own body, probably making it more natural than what you usually eat. Protein drinks are almost entirely made of milk.
If you train athletics or some other sports, the trainer would actually tell you to take some of these. But its your choice, I suggest you to read some boook about nutritions and then you will decide whether to take these or not. I was initially reluctant too, but since I read taking some of these supplements could help me prevent some of my injuries, I decided to give it a try.

Many illegal PEDs are also natural, so that has nothing to do with it. Testosterone is produced naturally by everyone. It is also one of the most commonly used PEDs.

Onas- I don't think Marko was trolling. It's  a common belief to many  that PEDs are bad for you. I used to think the same, but I've done my research.

Pineapples have the most amino acids, so eat small amounts of it regularly.
Kangaroo meat has amazingly high protein to any other macro ratio.
Flax seeds are super good but I forget the reason.
Eat those and you'll have an advantage over people who eat like shit and train just as hard as you. All natural and they will enhance your performance.

I'm not trolling, I'm very serious about that. You can't convince me to think different, sorry.
You know that doctors prescribe steroids, right? That means they can be taken safely.

At least you apoligized.

Emil:
Btw, maybe I just got a little overexcited about this talk about PEDs and didnt realize you are just 14. So you are probably too young for taking some of these anyway. But I would suggest you just buying some book about nutritions. Dont listen to anybody here on the forum, just read some book about it (I mean nutritions in general, not just supplements), so as LIS mentioned before, you might have advantage over others who train as hard as you do. And if you ever decide to take any supplement and be sure it wont do anything bad to you, just consult it with a doc (Y)
