Performance enchancing drugs
« on: Dec 22, 2012, 05:02: PM »
Has anyone used them before? Don't lie, you don't get to 90 move combos in 6 months without some help.
I reckon by 2024 we'll have drug tests before freestyle battles. And by 2030 we'll have random tests through out the year for anyone that wants to compete.

Discuss.

-Don't break combos.
-Don't use crossovers to save combos.
-If you're a new freestyler looking to improve, check the stickys in the help and advice section.
-Send me a personal message if you see spam.

For a sport like freestyle, I think it will be unlikely there is ever testing. I'm sure there is a freestyler that has used a PED of some sort, but I'm not even sure if they did it for freestyle.

I personally don't care. It's your body, so you choice.

As for learning a 90move combo in 6months. Genetics has just as much to do with it as possibly using PEDs. I think many of these supernaturally quick improvers just have ridiculously good genetics.

I think it would be good (but I guess very unlikely) in the future to have some drug tests for anyone who lands some notable freestyle trick, for example LATW-LATW nt. Wouldnt be fair if someone using steroids landed it first...

it would be unfortunate if something like that ever happened... this would just open up a way for short-cut to success for future freestylers... but i don't think we will ever witness doping tests or something taking place before freestyle battles/tournaments.. we should keep it to street... that kind of a scenario would be ridiculous

Dude, PEDs are extremely common and possibly even the norm in most competitive sports. In freetstyle I think it matters even less really. It's part of sports period. I know many footballers I've competed against are users.

Define "naturally".

by naturally he means with hard work and practice... not using things which give you undue advantage over others
