you mean the one which is done in sits while pushing themselves a bit high?? i'm asking this because many freestylers get confused by thinking standing sole as dragon or vee-stall...

i think only japanese freestylers use it.. it's very rare though.. i've seen this clip before... but never saw anyone else use/do it 
also i think it's dragon stall from a FOOTBAGER'S point of view ... from a freestyler if you ask what's dragon's stall.. he'll say the one in which you do sole stall behind your other leg... just my point though

Na I mean the one where you're standing and your foot is above your head.
