Planning BF's new Competition Homepage
« on: Dec 17, 2012, 02:41: AM »
OK, guys... let's work on this one together.  Let's plan out the new beyondfootball.com homepage.

Only Rule: the page will be for online freestyle competitions.

Let's figure out how to lay it out, how to handle the voting, judges, prizes, frequency of competitions, levels, etc.

Let's make this one work together so it's the best possible competitions site.

Got a link?  Are we just talking about a specific competition or do they have a website for it with all details, etc?

We need to design the website on beyondfootball.com.  I'm not talking about doing it through the forum.  I want a website dedicated to online freestyle competitions.  All in one place and lots of comps.

In the initial stage we could just make comps with one stage.. no qualification no top 16, top 8 etc. etc. (same to be done in all styles lower, upper, sd's and all-round & even groundmoves too ) having this one video  method we could also make a trail if this comp. idea would work or not and fsr's would have adequate time to make and focus on one video rather than waiting for deadlines and many of them even dropping out (i saw this condition of many fsr's in l2f upper comp. held this year).
one video one freestyler and quick results too... if this comp. thing becomes a buzz around we can later on make it big with comp.s in evry 1-2 months of various styles with many fsrs participating in it and group stages in it too...  :039:

I agree.  I think we should make it one video and one round to start.  More new comps so people can make more videos, etc.

yea we should definitely do Sick 3 competitions and groundmoves comps! we need some groundmovers on the forum, all of these have left :)
and add some more of those unusual competitons as sick 3, pass it on etc. i'd love to participate in those!

how about routines and double routines as well?? would be so much fun to see such a comp. i don't think routines are used ever other than WFS & Red bull qualifications.. BF could start a new trend with this  :bf:
would be to see ahmadreza and mohammad or many other duo's of freestylers hooking up for routines and double routines.
And comps. on new tricks could also be started like style bomb comp. ?  :13:

i think this isn't a good idea but listen : you have to do a trick and than you should do a long combo for example you do LTATW-20tricks combo. Is this a good idea?
