Most football fans and most memes are retarded. There are a few gems out there, but must wade through a muck of shit to find one gem. I can even laugh at good ones about Liverpool. This one, not so much. Liverpool are 4pts off 4th and 7pts off 3rd. That's not exactly terrible.

I think some of this comes from the generation gap. When our fathers  followed football, Liverpool were the best team in England. Now, they have fallen off some. The other thing is the ManU fan that knows jackshit about football is super quick to talk shit once they find out Liverpool is their main rival. Not like idiot Liverpool fans don't do the same, but obviously they are much smaller in number.

At least Liverpool won't fall any further this week.
When Brendan Rodgers said he thought Liverpool could finish second I didn't realise he meant in every game.

21-12-12 was supposed to happen gradually, not instant death. Like natural disasters happening and getting greater and greater in terms of damage until there's nothing left.

Ok, so we may be alive for even a week after the 21st. That's when it's supposed to start. I honestly thought the 2nd place claim was a bit far fetched. Champions League spot isn't too far fetched. Every team has slipped up a few times this season, so it will happen to someone else soon. If Liverpool can do well during the Christmas period, that will be huge. They are also very likely to pick some players up in January.

Of course this is all "IF" the world doesn't end.

Just so it's clear, I like Liverpool but the jokes people make about them are pretty good.
I just remembered that transfers are soon! Can't wait to see the changes everyone makes.

I can appreciate a good joke about Liverpool as well. It just seems that the majority are false garbage. The finishing 2nd one admittedly is fairly funny. Some have gotten old though, and the meme pages seem to forget certain clubs exist, and the live to rip on certain  teams.
