Melatonin is a hormone that regulates your sleep-wake cycle. Its an antioxidant as well (my English is not good enough when discussing topics like this, so I had to use wiki  :rolleyes: )

"Concentrate on the four dots in the middle of the picture for about 30 seconds. Then close your eyes and tilt your head back. Keep them closed, and you will see a circle of light with Jesus in it! "

Btw, what I found out is that if you hold a blank paper in front of your face after watching the dots, the picture of Jesus can get smaller or bigger depending on how far you hold the paper away from you...

this is amazing! and i could even see the picture of jesus when i opened my eyes, feels like hes watching me now :)
