No, you flower and cloud your arguments so that no feels like reading your bullshit and then you can think you've won. Seriously, you type a lot of horseshit and use uneccessary words when you argue.

no I make abstractions. There is a diffeence. I have an abstract mind, and therefore I write abstractly. I do realize that I sometimes need to root the content of my arguments less in theory, but there is nothing wrong with my diction. To express abstractions, language pften has to be stretched to its limit. But my arguments aren't convoluded, they are just complex.

Firstly, it's convoluted :thumbsup: Maybe it's time to crack open that dictionary and put away the thesaurus.

You don't need to write abstractly in order to make simple arguments. It doesn't matter how you think.

I have used both an english dictionary maybe twice, and a thesaurus 3 times, in my life. I get vocabulary from reading actual books. My bad about the spelling error, though. And my arguments aren't simple, thats the entire point. The basic ideas that I introduce are relatively simple, but the references I make are the opposite of that. If you actually pursued my references you'd see why. I guess I write prose too much like Geoffrey Hill writes poetry. In Hill's case, it's a good thing. In mine, apparently it's bad  :down:

A claver person is not one who uses big words that no one understands but one who can get his point across in a very simple and understandable manner.

Nah brah, that nigga thinks abstractly.

@tf10

i'm not hating on you because of the way you argue; i understand everything you've said during arguments without a problem. i do, however, don't think you should come onto a forum with that sort of diction and then rationalize by saying you've never read a dictionary in your life. We don't know you like that, nor do we care why and how you speak the way you do when you argue. It'd be best to avoid those sorts of comments because, although you aren't speaking a different language, you make yourself seem as if your trying "oh so hard" to sound intelligent, intellectual, etc. I mean, fuck, this isn't a dissertation, but a soccer forum. It's best to argue and speak clearly and concisely.

yeah but you must understand that convincing you means nothing to me. I write for myself and myself alone. And you should understand what I write anyways. If you want to see true verbal diarrhea, go check out Heidegger's Being And Time. It uses technical and obscure words like an elephant spewing shit, but it is still an acknowedged and great philosophical work, and one of the main influences for modern Existensialism/philosophers like Sartre and Derrida.
