Shouldn't a videos thread be in the video section? Anyways, I've never liked the idea of considering creative a style of freestyle. A freestyler can be creative in any style. They just have to think of something new or interesting to do.

By the way, that video is sick! He's great.

I never said you did, but many freestylers consider freestylers like the one in your video to be "Creative Style." I've heard the term used to describe this type of freestyler's style so much, I felt I needed to make a point.
