Knnth, one you never actually read what I wrote. Two, I have played professional football, and I am a professional freestyler. Why is it so hard to believe that someone is capable of doing both? The first professional freestyler, Mr. Woo, was a professional footballer first.
The Prague Futsal Game: I repeatedly said that the freestylers did not allow Slavia to win by just doing pannas and tricks. I said that Slavia was the better team, and that is why they won. It was other freestylers that believe the freestylers were better than Slavia, but just let them win. Anyone that has played football/futsal at a legitimate level would feel disgusted by this. There is a difference and not taking the game completely serious and allowing a team to win. The entire point of playing is to try to win. If you do not do this, then you are a disgrace. Once again, I'm saying they didn't do this. I'm saying Slavia was better than them.
It's funny how you dislike that I talk about football, and how I sometimes call it soccer. Well, a little bit of information for you. Soccer is the term most commonly used in the USA. Now, I use soccer and football interchangeably depending on whom I am speaking. Most Americans will not realize you are talking about football if you say football, so I must call it soccer. There is no point in battling this if you live here, because it will never change. We have another sport we call football. I'm not a fan of it myself, but most people here are. The word soccer is actually an English word as well. It is short for Association Football, and it first got started by people calling it "soccer football." If you are around the English enough, you will actually here them use the word soccer. It's obviously not used commonly, but they still use it.
Talking about football is ruining Beyond Football? We need to return this forum back to a freestyle forum? Well, this forum was never just a freestyle forum. It was at first a football forum. Freestyle was added to the forum, and it added a great number of users to BF. I actually preferred it when we had more people to talk about football as well, but now it is predominantly freestylers only. Adi is the only guy on here that is only football.
Also, why is it hard to believe someone might be good or like football and freestyle? For me, it only makes sense. It makes less sense how so many freestylers dislike football. To me it must come from jealousy or a bad experience in the past. There never has been and never will be a rule about having to choose one or the other, so there will always be people like me that like and do both.
Liicht- BF was probably even more dead before I started using it again. I'm actually not very aggressive in my posting, but I will give my honest opinion. Once users are scared to say what they think, then the site will be dead. Feel free to express your opinions as you please. I also wasn't the person that made this personal. Alex decided to start talking shit directly to me. I was posting about the topic, but I replied to Alex's posts. Need I remind you Liicht, that you were one of the people that started attacking me on my own post in our argument. I think you accusing me of being aggressive and offensive makes you a hypocrite. Why exactly do you feel it is so necessary to criticize me, but if I reply I'm evil.
I know you love the panna and tricks type of "streetsoccer." It's ok. There is nothing wrong with this, but you confuse someone being good at panna to someone good at futsal or football. They are different sports just like freestyle and football are different sports.
