and if a mod sees a redundant topic or member who has broken the code of the forum

if they see it, not to go searching through each thread; we have enough moderators that i think that at least one of them views each topic just by the way they browse through the site. if thats still to much to just post in a Mod Topic after seeing a crappy thread, then maybe Adi can get a script for mods to have a quicklink or quickpost to the Moderating Topic.

i dunno. just ideas.

posts and threads are always discussed in the mods forum and who recieves yellows and reds and who to PM and warn. but most of the time we wait for Adis approval before making a decision unless its just something easy like banning a spam bot or moving a topic thats in the wrong section. plus posts which have been reported to moderators are always discussed.

I have never said anything negatively about A10, not to him nor anyone else.

Besides, A10 was banned for his multiple accounts and to be honest he wasn't that good of a member.

i thought as much. The thing to do is skip the Adi approval bit, if some of mods agree, thats good enough for anything up to a ban, and something which calls for a ban will often be on more than one occassion so Adi will have time to be on to authorise it.

the problems at the moment are basically everyone gets into squabbles /about/ this spam stuff. ive come back today and seen at least 3 threads now chatting about a10s stuff and totally offtopic. people in general need to respect the mods decisions more, if you dont like it you dont have to stay on a forum you think is unfair. in turn the mods have gotta get a bit more weight behind their judgements whilst being fair. its hard, but getting a quick turn around in the Mod Corner and giving pms to those that dont do right, outside of threads will clean up the forum, hopefully reform those who mess up, and keep the people getting annoyed happy.

As far as I know, that's how it works right now and that's how it has always been.. Adi does not have to be here to approve, if a mód thinks it's the right thing to ban a member, then he can do so.. It hasn't caused any problems so far..

I'm simply giving A10s advice to be a better member, and to avoid all the shit that goes on in this forum, we were have a nice friendly conversation. Someone stated above that a friendly warning should be given, well, I think this is fair enough.




Please, for fucks sakes, don't start shit that you have no idea about and just leave it to the mods.

Also, regarding Yusaf, we've had maybe 5 PMs sent to eachother.. and they were all friendly. He was even my referral on a freebie site, we talking on MSN, and he added me on facebook. I was really nice to him. And who the fuck made up this shit that I want to be the youngest? I don't, I don't even care, and if I really wanted to be the youngest like 10 people would be banned, so shut the fuck up.

Tito, we warn all the members prior to carding or banning them. There are exceptions with those that come here just to advertise another website. If your first post is a spam post advertising a product or website, you get an immediate ban.

Otherwise, we send out a warning. If the person doesn't get the message and continues breaking the rules, they get a yellow. Depending on the severity of their actions, we sometimes give a straight red and ban the person.

Honestly though, we really try to warn people. You just have no idea how some people reply to warnings. I've been very nice to many when giving them warnings yet they go off on me and continue their bad behavior.
