Young Hating or Just Plain Negativity

what is it with this forum and get rid of young member
is it because they tend to speak their mind instead of being another sheep in the heard?
or is that someone possibly a mod wants to be the youngest?

just to say a few
A10s - banned or left (hated from day one for no reason)
Yusuffreestyler - put on negative karma (and scared away by a mod no joke PM me for details ;) )
Johnathanhehu - extremly negative karma (frequently spoken badly of)
Chris-C - negative karma (frequently spoken badly of on his return which prompted my departure)

and all in my eyes with a bit of advising and positivity could have became good if not great member instead we not only allow them to go but open the door for them i do know they all spam and 2 made multi accounts but what are yellow cards for if not to discipline. Haven't we all spammed from time to time were all humans and make mistakes the true men own up to it (like A10s did).

his just a boy plus some of his post have been high caliber and the only reason he did that was because not only were people making fun of him, teasing and hating him but his karma was below -50 and sometime below -100 if it wasn't in that reign would he need to make a new account to applaud him-self and plus i have been a member of his other website his a great contributor to form but if you have to defend your self in thread what per cent of your contribution will be recognized maybe at most 40%

no offence to the younger members but those listed spammed shit loads, created fake accounts to give themself karma and also were very annoying. i dont bother adding karma to people and borg was the one who set A10's back to 0 and i did the same for ecuabol and have done for a few other members too.

when theres too much spam or weak topics in genral chat people are less likely to post for a prime example NAS a hand full of members there ruined it.

Tito, if that was directed at me, well wasn't I the one who gave A10s another chance and fixed his karma.. it's not my fault he had to take shit for granted and make even more accounts.

Why do you need to refer to them as fuckheads? Words like this help create a feeling of hatred and discrimination on the forum. People are being more and more critical whenever someone makes a mistake. This needs to stop. The first page of the General Chat is covered with former agruments surrounding A10s. That's great. We bash a person on a forum whom we have no idea who he is in real life. It is this feeling of hatred that constantly lingers throughout the forum. This hatred can scare members away as they don't want to be the next person bashed by everyone. Age doesn't matter in this problem. On both sides of the line people have made mistakes...in the future, however, maybe we should think before we post to prevent any more problems.
