How to preserve Youtube video quality while uploading?

Ok, a good friend of mine recorded some good combos a week ago. He has full HD camera. It usually gets a bit crappier when I upload it on YT, even without any editing or cutting.

Things have got even worse when we tried to edit the video, add some music, transition etc. When we uploaded it on YT, there were a lot of those little "squares", if you know, what I mean.

Please be patient, I usually dont have a f***ing clue how to work with computers

Your internet speed matters when you are uploading as well. The quality is better the faster your internet is during uploading. Make sure you are somewhere with good internet.
