Beginner Lowers Competition Notice *ALL MUST READ*

As some of the tricks the freestylers in this competition are performing have gotten too high for a "standard" beginner, upgrading competitiors from one competition to the other will take place if we (Budz and I) feel that your Top 16 video is too good for the beginner limits of this competition. Please do not be discouraged to show your best tricks though as people that are taken to the intermediate level, the video you submitted for top 8 will go straight into Qualification judging for the Top 12 Intermediate Lowers Competition.

I have edited it now I was meant to say the videos that are submitted to compete for the beginner's top 8.
