Why lowers?

I think lowers is most fun to pratice, when I'm doing some Nt's i feel like I'm flying, and another felling wath aren't on other styles.

I'm sorry, you are an idiot. I never said grounds aren't growing, but compare them to other areas of freestyle. How many people do grounds compared to lowers, uppers, and sits? No where near as many. That is just an observation, not a critique of the area. If anything, I'm a fan of groundmoves in freestyle.

For me, lowers is the area that makes freestyle football a sport, hence my favourite area. When you do some hard/really good looking lower combos, you are least likely to be told by passers-by that you look like a clown.
