Any competition ideas?

Let's think of some competition ideas.  We don't have to drag it out for months, just something to add some spice to the community.

Maybe a monthly award (video of the month) or something else.

Any ideas?  We can try to get an award for the winner each time.

Sounds good to me... anyone up for organizing it?  Maybe we can have a poll for each round instead of using judges.

I can organize that and Budz is ok with judging it next month so I can start up a thread and see how many are interested.

I want to confirm that big plan first before starting the post since if it goes through it could accumulate some points for the competitiors

Feel free to post the idea here to see what people think. I think a point system would be good, then have the annual online comp for the top BF freestylers. Just gotta figure out how to do the point system correctly. A beginner comp can't count as much as some of the more competitive contests.

Maybe we just have a top points list on the front page for now that highlights the best comp performers.

This is merely an idea so I want everyone to share their opinion on this plan.
I was thinking of a point system for all freestylers that get accumulated by the beyond football competitions they enter and place throughout the year. Of course, Beginner Competition points will be less than Intermediate Competitions. Anyway, points get accumulated throughout the year to gain a spot in the main annual online BF competition for the top ranked freestylers on BF. Then the top 8 selected from the annual comp get flown to a location to battle it out. This is only if we could get sponsorship for it or something.
This will mean that more competitions will be organized throughout the year to give players motivation to train and improve on their freestyle. Most importantly, this will hopefully get the forum back up to its peak and provide freestylers a fully operating forum.

This is all just a thought and I would like to hear out on all the opinions from you guys!

I think it's cool although the flying out part seems a little farfetched for now, but we can see.  If people come here to compete and it gets good... we can maybe work something out.
