lol every young promising german player is bought by bayen, think of podolski, and numerous others - they just take whatever other clubs have for big money! real madrid of germany
drogba left chelsea this morning :( legend

Chelsea also take what other clubs have for big money. As far as i know only two current first-team players are home-grown from chelsea - lampard and terry. What is wrong with that? Bayern is a big club and the fans want to see big players.
forget Ronaldinho....only one deserves the -inho suffix......Jabarinho!!!!

Yea, we buy our talent but are reasonable with fees and haven't loaned our way to success. We did it through a 100 year history, winning, smart investing, etc. We deserve to spend the money we 'earned' rather than it being loaned or handed to us by a rich owner. One day UEFA will grow a brain and this shit will stop.

Lampard was from West Ham, not Chelsea. Frankly, that's modern football for you. Even the smaller clubs in the big leagues take the talent from either second division teams and teams from weaker leagues. It will not stop anytime soon, and I don't think UEFA's new rules will do too much to stop it.

Also, this has been going on for years to lesser extent. There is a reason there are the super famous teams in all the leagues. They had more money than the other teams, so they bought the best players from the league.

If anything, these new clubs like Chelsea and City getting bought by super rich people has changed the leagues. It has brought new teams that can win trophies.

Obviously, we all want football to not be all about money, but that is the current and future nature of the game. It won't change anytime soon, so we should just get used to it.

actually i think Uefa's new rules would help. In theory the rules look fair. I'm waiting to see if rich clubs find any loopholes in the law.

Clubs like real madrid, manutd and man city may have a hard time continuing their dominance in the transfer market. But teams like bayern and arsenal who spend reasonably and make profits would thrive.
