Sitdown Advice - Am I Doing it Right?
« on: Dec 09, 2011, 11:12: AM »
I've been doing sitdowns for ~3 hours each day for like 1 or 2 weeks now, maybe 2 and 1/2, and I don't know if I'm doing it right. I watched Macca's tutorial, but I wasn't exactly sure as to how I would keep my feet 'parallel to the ground' and maintain it the entire time, so instead I've been curling my toes downward (like squeezing them gently.. hard to describe) and juggling that way. I've gotten to 53 juggles this way (two on each foot, alternating from strong to weak), but since it is tiresome to do 1 on each foot, alternating strong/weak, I've only reached ~25 that way,
