i was actually thinking about doing a kamalio but holding it then throwing it back and then doing a normal kamalio, i will give that  a try tomorrow.

its a fast kamalio ill accept that, but the move is perfect, i watched it in slow mo and its perfect, no bounce, perfect lift.

if i do something with bad style or wrongly i will acknowledged it, but i honestly dont see anything wrong with this kamalio, i think its as good as can be although maybe a bit to fast but thats what i was going for as in the last video i made of the 3 kamalios i got hate for doing them to slow......
